Brian Hamilton, Family Pastor

I have spent 10 years in Full Time Ministry but devoted my life to ministry at the age of 13.  God continues to refine me and to mold me into the man He wants me to be.

My wife Michelle is both beautiful and talented! We have been married going on 10 years and she is the love of my life. She chose to spend her days teaching and caring for our funny, silly and fun loving boys Caleb and Samuel and our beautiful intelligent daughter Arielle and as well as Levi who also recently came on the scene. My family is my greatest blessing!

I spend most of my rare free time hanging out with my wife and kids roaming about Maryland looking for adventure. When time allows I also enjoy reading, writing, music of all sorts, and a good movie.

My motto since age 13 has been Isaiah 6:8 “Here am I God, send me.”

Brian did his graduate studies in Pastoral Counseling and his undergraduate studies in Biblical Studies.  Additionally Brian spent several years working with at risk youth and families in the secular field before entering vocational ministry.

Jon McCord, Worship/Media Pastor

Jon has been involved in ministry work since age 12 (started in tech ministry). He has been serving at Faith since June of 2020. Before that, he served as a worship pastor, volunteer musician and leader of tech ministries in Indiana, Virginia, Florida and Maryland. Before moving into vocational ministry in 2008, he taught instrumental music in Florida and Maryland.

He is a die hard Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan. He enjoys all things sports and loves to chase little white balls on freshly cut grass when the weather is warm. After high school Jon attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and in May of 2000 received his Bachelor of Music in preparation for his teaching career. After surrendering to full time ministry he enrolled in Liberty Theological Seminary and in May of 2012 received his Master of Divinity in Worship Studies.

However, those degrees are not the greatest thing he took away from Lynchburg, VA. He met his wife Rebekah while at Liberty, and they have now been married for 22 years. They have 2 children, Natalie, 15 and Aubrey, 11.

Jon’s heart is to help people find and follow Jesus, and in that, help them to become worshippers that God seeks after (John 4:23). He prays that those in all facets of their walk with Christ will learn to view their entire lives as an act of worship to God (Romans 12:1-2).
